The Vaults: maximum capacity of 21.
The Strutt Suite: maximum capacity of 40.
The Arkwright Suite: maximum capacity of 120.

There’s enough to think about when you’re organising a conference without wondering where to find a flip chart.
We offer WiFi access, flexible room arrangements and optional extras including tabletop projectors, flip chart paper, pens and bottled water. There’s also on-site parking, with a larger public car park nearby.

Give lunch its own agenda item
A productive morning deserves a proper break. Preferably one that involves something to eat.
Our catering options include buffets for groups of 30 or more and three-course menus for groups of 16 or more. Whether you’re planning a working lunch or a sit-down meal after the presentations, speak to our team about the options for your event.
We can’t promise lunch won’t become the most talked-about part of the day.
Travelling further? Stay the night
If colleagues are coming from further afield, or your conference runs over a couple of days, our 22 en-suite bedrooms make it easy to stay under the same roof.
Once the notebooks close, there’s our restaurant and bar to enjoy too. A chance to carry on the conversation, catch up with colleagues and finally discuss something other than the spreadsheet.
